Our Services

Lusso Althea Care provides home-care assessment, caregiver matching, caregiver preparation, and ongoing supervision and support for clients across Lagos and Ogun State, Nigeria. The specific scope of care is agreed with each family following an assessment.

Assessments

Assessments (physical or virtual) help us understand a client's needs and recommend an appropriate care arrangement. Assessment fees are disclosed on our website and may change from time to time.

Care Arrangements

Care schedules, fees, and caregiver assignments are agreed directly with the client or their representative and may vary based on the level of care, duration, and location required.

Client Responsibilities

Clients and families are asked to provide accurate information about the care recipient's condition and needs, and to communicate any concerns promptly so we can address them.

Cancellations & Changes

Please contact our team as early as possible if you need to reschedule an assessment or make changes to an ongoing care arrangement.

Limitation of Liability

While Lusso Althea Care carefully selects, trains and supervises caregivers, care outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control. Specific liability terms should be set out in each client's signed service agreement.
